Refund policy

We have a 90 day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in 'like-new' condition, free from any wear or damage, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number and confirmation.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@aylsworthrazors.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased second hand or from retailers.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the full value of the order less any non-refundable shipping or payment processing fees. Please allow 5-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DISCLAIMERS & EXCEPTIONS

Aylsworth Razors can not accept returns coming from outside of North America.

Items returned without first being approved by Aylsworth Razors or razors that arrive in worn or damaged condition will be ineligible for a refund and returned to sender
